Shipping policy

To return your product, you should contact us for your RAN and return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and any other service will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Free standard shipping on microphones is restricted to the United States of America and Canada only.

Standard shipping for orders including a microphone is 2-7 Business days (on average), via DHL, USPS or CanadaPost.

Standard shipping for orders not including a microphone, is 4-10 Business days via USPS or CanadaPost.

NOTE: If you select Free Shipping and return the item within 30 days, there will be a $19.99 return service fee deducted from your refund when we provide the return shipping label.
